1. Legal Entity and Brand Operation Studio Pech is a commercial brand and digital marketing laboratory wholly owned and operated by Global Nexos Solutions LLC, a registered legal entity in the State of Florida, USA. All service agreements, invoices, and payments processed for Studio Pech services are legally executed through Global Nexos Solutions LLC.
2. Scope of Agency Services Studio Pech provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to: Meta Ads and Google Ads management, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), content creation, social media management, and CRM automation (e.g., GoHighLevel, n8n). Specific deliverables will be outlined in your individual Service Agreement.
3. Agency Fees vs. Advertising Spend (Ad Spend) Our agency fees cover the strategic management, creation, and optimization of your campaigns. Agency fees do NOT include advertising budgets (Ad Spend). All ad spend is the sole responsibility of the client and will be billed directly to the client’s credit card by the respective platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, LinkedIn). Studio Pech is not liable for any account restrictions, billing errors, or ad disapprovals enforced by these third-party platforms.
4. No Guarantee of Results While Studio Pech applies industry-leading strategies and data-driven methodologies, digital marketing relies on third-party algorithms (such as Google and Meta) that are subject to change. Therefore, the agency cannot and does not guarantee specific results, including exact numbers of leads, sales, or return on investment (ROI).
5. Intellectual Property and Account Ownership
- Ad Accounts & CRM: The client retains full ownership of their respective ad accounts, business managers, and CRM instances.
- Deliverables: Upon full payment of agency fees, the client owns the final creative assets delivered (e.g., graphics, videos, copy).
- Proprietary Methodologies: Studio Pech retains all intellectual property rights to its internal workflows, automation templates, strategic frameworks, and proprietary software configurations used to execute the services.
6. Client Obligations The client agrees to grant timely access to necessary platforms (websites, social media accounts, ad managers) and provide prompt feedback or approvals. Project delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required assets will not pause billing cycles for monthly retainers.
7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, under the jurisdiction of Global Nexos Solutions LLC.
