1. Legal Entity Operations Studio Pech is a digital marketing agency operated entirely under Global Nexos Solutions LLC. By contracting our services, paying an invoice, or subscribing to our monthly retainers, you agree to the following strict refund and cancellation terms.
2. General No-Refund Policy Our digital marketing, SEO, content creation, and CRM automation services are highly customized and labor-intensive. The value provided by Studio Pech is heavily based on the time, expertise, and resources our team invests from the moment a campaign or project is initiated. For this reason, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, either partial or in full, for:
- Strategic consulting hours already provided.
- Setup and onboarding fees (e.g., CRM configurations in GoHighLevel or n8n).
- Graphic design, copywriting, or video editing assets delivered.
- SEO implementations or audits performed.
3. Advertising Spend (Ad Spend) is Non-Refundable Any advertising budgets (Ad Spend) paid directly to third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, LinkedIn, or TikTok are strictly non-refundable by Studio Pech. We do not control the billing policies of these networks and cannot issue refunds for ad performance, rejected ads, or suspended accounts.
4. No Refunds for «Lack of Results» Studio Pech applies industry-leading strategies to generate growth. However, because digital marketing relies on external algorithms and market conditions beyond our control, we cannot guarantee specific ROI, sales, or lead volume. Refunds will not be issued based on subjective dissatisfaction with campaign performance or failure to reach specific numerical targets.
5. Monthly Retainers and Cancellations For clients on monthly recurring service agreements (retainers):
- Services will continue and bill automatically until formally canceled.
- Clients may cancel their subscription by providing a written notice to contacto@globalnexos.com at least thirty (30) days in advance of their next billing cycle.
- Cancellations made without the 30-day notice will result in the subsequent month being billed.
- We do not prorate or issue partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes If a client initiates an unwarranted chargeback with their bank or credit card issuer for a valid, non-refundable charge, Studio Pech and Global Nexos Solutions LLC reserve the right to immediately suspend all services, revoke access to all digital assets and CRM platforms, and submit all project documentation to the financial institution to dispute the claim.
